After receiving the package, please refer to the below list and image to check the received components.

Please check that all of the above items are present in the shipping box after receiving your router. If any components are missing or damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Please retain the original shipping box and packaging for at least 2-4 weeks after receiving your order. We recommend using the shipping box to store power adapters, antennas, cables, manuals, and other included parts when not in use. This helps ensure all pieces remain organized and protected in one place. The box is also useful if transporting your router setup to another location.
